Level 3 Certificate In Assessing Vocational Achievement (Awards also available) – Online

Access your induction via our online education platform – access anytime.
You will then work with your qualified Assessors to complete your portfolio of evidence to satisfy the needs of the qualification. Most learners take a minimum of 4 weeks to complete the qualification.

The Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement covers and includes all 3 of the below units within the Assessor suite of qualifications.

The Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment, this is a knowledge-only award for those who are starting their journey as an Assessor, or those who need to know about assessment practice but are not currently practising. This can be taken as a standalone unit via our online platform (access anytime). This Award is achieved through assignment completion only.

The Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment is for those who assess the demonstration of competence in a work environment using the following assessment methods: observation/examining work products/oral questioning and discussion/use of witnesses/learner statements/Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). To achieve this Award you will be assessed through a series of written questions, you will also be observed by our Assessor in live time via Teams or Zoom, undertaking assessment activity.  Associated written work and evidence gathering is required to submit your completed portfolio.

The Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement is for those who assess knowledge and/or skills in vocationally related subject areas using the following assessment methods: assessments in simulated environments/skills tests/oral and written questions/assignments/projects/case studies/RPL.To Achieve this Award you will be assessed through a series of written questions, you will also be observed by our Assessor in live time via Teams or Zoom, undertaking assessment activity.  Associated written work and evidence gathering is required to submit your completed portfolio.
