This course is the starting point for anyone involved in the delivery of learning. The course is part of the National Qualifications Framework and is set at Level 3. There is a considerable amount of written work to be completed. This will involve reading of supplied reference books, researching specific topics, applying theory to practical scenarios and demonstrating knowledge and understanding through written work. Therefore, candidates for this course should have a good standard of written and verbal communications skills and be prepared to undertake a considerable amount of evening study. Candidates are also required to be 19 years or older. The course is assessed by completing a series of written tasks, including a 30 minute micro-teach delivery.

Group price: £2650.00 + VAT for up to 6 delegates, additional delegates up to a maximum of 12 are charged at £300.00 + VAT each

The course is run at your chosen location as three straight days (plus evening work).

The roles and responsibilities of a teacher in education and training
Relationships between different professionals in education and training
Inclusive teaching and learning approaches to meet the needs of learners
Creating a safe and supportive learning environment that engages and motivates their learners
Planning, delivery and evaluation of inclusive teaching and learning
Reflecting on their own previous/current levels of experience, practice and skills
Identify different types and methods of assessment

The course is assessed by completing a series of written tasks, plus a 30 minute micro-teach delivery.
Certification is issued by Highfield Qualifications.

£2650.00 plus vat for up to six delegates, additional delegates up to a maximum of 12 are charged at £300.00 plus vat each. This includes manuals, certification and all Trainer associated costs.
