This method of delivery mirrors the classroom space in terms of interaction between Trainer and Learner and the ability to discuss workplace violence or similar scenarios.   Whether your team are remote, lone working or front facing –  looking after their safety and welfare is paramount. There is a core syllabus to ensure we cover the legal elements of this training and we supplement this after discussing our clients’ operational challenges. We look at incident records, Risk Assessments and develop a course in line with these, we also signpost delegates to their organisation’s policies  and procedures as appropriate.
