Access your induction via our online education platform – access anytime.
You will then work with your qualified Assessors to complete your portfolio of evidence to satisfy the needs of the qualification. Most learners take a minimum of 4 weeks to complete the qualification.

The Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment covers 2 units within the Assessor suite of qualifications. These are:
The Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment, this is a knowledge-only award for those who are starting their journey as an Assessor, or those who need to know about assessment practice but are not currently practising.
The Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment is for those who assess the demonstration of competence in a work environment using the following assessment methods: observation/examining work products/oral questioning and discussion/use of witnesses/learner statements/Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

You will be assessed through a series of written questions, you will also be observed by our Assessor in live time via Teams or Zoom, undertaking assessment activity.  Associated written work and evidence gathering is required to submit your completed portfolio.

Certification is awarded by Highfield Qualifications.
